Absolutely. PRN Clinical Solutions performs DOT-regulated collections in full accordance with federal requirements, including chain-of-custody and specimen handling.

We provide DOT and Non-DOT testing — pre-employment, random, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, return-to-duty, follow-up, and multi-panel screening (5-panel, 10-panel, and custom).

Most requests are scheduled within 24–48 hours. Urgent post-accident and reasonable suspicion collections receive expedited response.

We serve the greater Houston area and surrounding counties. Locations outside our standard service area are welcome — travel fees may apply.

Yes. We manage random-selection pools for both DOT and Non-DOT employers, including documentation and reporting.

Under DOT rules, refusal is treated the same as a positive test result. Our collectors document refusals per federal chain-of-custody protocol so you have a clean record for HR and compliance.

For safety, professionalism, and testing integrity, PRN Clinical Solutions does not perform collections at private residences. All testing is conducted at approved business locations, job sites, corporate offices, or professional testing environments.

We use a simple tier: 0–20 miles included, 21–40 miles $25, 41–60 miles $50, and 60+ miles by custom quote. Mileage-based round-trip pricing is available on request for high-frequency accounts.
