   Share your details

   Tell us the test type (DOT or Non-DOT), number of donors, and your on-site location or preferred meeting point.

3. Step 3

   Confirm your slot

   We confirm the date, time, and any travel fee up front, then send appointment details to your point of contact.

4. Step 4

   Come to us or we will come to you

   Choose our Houston office or a mobile collection at your job site, office, or clinic — whichever works best for your schedule.
